How we work
Ordering aluminium profiles from Aayukti Aluminium follows five clear steps — from your first enquiry to the container arriving at your port. Every step is confirmed in writing before we move to the next.
The five steps
- Enquiry — send drawings (DWG, PDF or JPG), model codes or photos on WhatsApp.
- Quotation — a priced offer with alloy, temper, finish, packing and Incoterm (FOB, CFR, CIF and others on request; loading port confirmed at quotation).
- Production & QC — made to your spec over 10–30 days depending on colour and finish; inspection before loading, third-party inspection welcome.
- Packing & loading — seaworthy packing, container loading, export documents prepared. Full payment before dispatch.
- Shipping — FOB, CFR, CIF and others on request to your port; typical transit times confirmed with your forwarder.
What we confirm in writing
Before production starts, your quotation confirms the model codes, dimensions, wall thickness, alloy, temper, finish, packing, quantity, Incoterm (FOB, CFR, CIF and others on request), loading port (Shenzhen or Guangzhou), lead time (10–30 days depending on colour and finish), and payment (full payment before dispatch). Anything still open is marked "confirmed at quotation" — nothing is assumed.
Documents you receive
Commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading are prepared with the shipment. Your clearing agent tells you what else your country's formalities require.
